Parmesan Crusted Ocean Perch

This baked parmesan crusted ocean perch is easy to make, and packs a flavourful, savoury punch!

Makes ~ 2-4 servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pack Fisherfolk Wild-Caught Ocean Perch (~3-4 Filets)

  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (+ extra to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp thyme

  • 1/4 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp mustard

  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place Ocean perch filets on baking tray lined with parchment paper

  2. In a bowl, mix mustard, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Brush mixture on filets and let marinate in fridge for 15-30 minutes.

  3. Mix breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. Coat both sides of each filet in mixture ensuring the breadcrumb mixture sticks to each filet, and top with additional grated parmesan to taste.

  4. Spray or brush the tops of each filet with olive oil.

  5. Bake for 8 minutes, and broil for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
